📧 How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us first within 7 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.

Our friendly support team will guide you through the process and, if your return is approved, provide you with the correct return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. We are unable to accept return requests after this period.

💰 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Used or Opened Products: As a single-use, personal hygiene product, any item that has been used, opened, or its seal broken is strictly non-returnable for health and safety reasons. 🚫

Products Without Functional Defects: If the product is functionally sound but you simply changed your mind, it is not eligible for a return.

Sale Items or Promotional Goods: All items purchased during a sale or special promotion are final and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.
